Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kullen Aromatics. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and cancellation policy designed to give you peace of mind.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the items following our Return Policy.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns: Returns must be requested within 07 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive the returned product in eligible condition, we will issue a refund for the original purchase (minus shipping fees).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. Refund/Exchange: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send the replacement as requested.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at   contact@kullen.in or +91 9112777984.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Refunds for items purchased with a promotional discount, coupon code, or during a sale will be processed for the amount paid after the discount has been applied. If the promotional discount was applied to an entire order, the refund will reflect the discount’s share of the total cost.
